Qualifications:

Associate (2 years) or Bachelor's (4 years) Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any related study.
With 1 to 3 years experience in IT Support or other similar job. Training will be provided for new employee.
Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair both hardware and software.
Knowledgeable in Printer, CCTV, Biometrics or POS have the advantage.
Must be willing to do on-site or field duty. Reimbursable all travel expenses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Software and hardware maintenance. Preventive maintenance or break-fix when needed
Installation (both hardware and software) of Printer, CCTV, POS or Biometrics.
Migration of Windows, Account Domain, and other software needed.
Troubleshooting of network connection and server problems.
Conduct back-up all operational and other data needed.
Prepare recommendation, and other reports or documentation needed included all service done.
Perform other duties assigned by Team Lead or immediate supervisor.
