Provide IT support for warehouse staff (PCs, printers, scanners, handheld devices, network issues).
Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse management systems (WMS), and related software.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations in line with company policies.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and network maintenance.
Ensure backup, data security, and basic IT compliance procedures are followed.
Support label printers, barcode scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of IT projects.

Customer Service & Administrative Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, or system.
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, and other warehouse-related paperwork.
Coordinate with warehouse operation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor stock availability and update customers accordingly.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating warehouse activities with operations teams.
* Perform other ad-hoc administrative and IT-related tasks as assigned.
