Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 desktop support to internal company staff
  • Assist in troubleshooting of software & applications, if necessary.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities given by supervisor.

Requirements
  • At least a NITEC in computing or related certifications
  • IT desktop support experience is advantageous but not a must
  • Good communication skills
