Provide level 1 desktop support to internal company staff Assist in troubleshooting of software & applications, if necessary. Ad-hoc responsibilities given by supervisor.
Requirements
At least a NITEC in computing or related certifications IT desktop support experience is advantageous but not a must Good communication skills
