IT Support Engineer (12 Months Contract renewable) Role: Support the customers to install, diagnose and resolve Hardware, Software, Application issues on desktop PC/notebook and related peripherals. Location : Jurong Island Primary Responsibilities:  To assist in installation of hardware and software  To ensure that hardware and software are maintained according to standards by performing upgrades, new installations and carry out routine updating procedures Job Knowledge/Skills  Diploma in Information Technology or Computer science or any computer related subject.  Good knowledge in PC hardware, LAN and Windows OS  Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently using online and offline resources  Good communication and Interpersonal Skills  Able to communicate effectively in English  Well organized, proactive and self-directed  Able to perform with minimal supervision and a team player  Shift duty and weekend support are required when needed  Fresh graduates with troubleshooting knowledge are welcome to apply
