Role: IT Desktop Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
Resolving IT assets hardware and software issues.
IT asset logistics management and deployment.
Resolving system access issues and requirements.
New user onboarding and related accounts creations and maintainance in an array of systems.
Troubleshooting and resolving on-site network issues.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems with at least 2 years in IT support desk roles
Knowledge of local ethernet and wifi networks and devices.
Active Directory user management.
Office365 user administration.
Working knowledge of antivirus/malware detection and prevention.
