Morgan McKinley is working closely with a client in the Marinetime Industry to recruit for a IT Desktop Support Engineer
Role: IT Desktop Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Resolving IT assets hardware and software issues.
- IT asset logistics management and deployment.
- Resolving system access issues and requirements.
- New user onboarding and related accounts creations and maintainance in an array of systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving on-site network issues.
- Diploma or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems with at least 2 years in IT support desk roles
- Knowledge of local ethernet and wifi networks and devices.
- Active Directory user management.
- Office365 user administration.
- Working knowledge of antivirus/malware detection and prevention.
