Job Functions :

Troubleshooting PC and Network related problems Ensure Backups are successful and properly done Provide Recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements Carry out Preventive Work on PCs, Servers and Firewalls Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams Attend to client's request for IT Products

Requirements :

Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant experience Experience in Network Devices, Firewalls, VPN and Wireless technology Basic understanding of Windows Server administration, AD and Group Policy Management Reliable, dedicated to building a strong and good infrastructure for clients Responsible, accountable and service oriented mindset Able to meet tight deadlines * Prepared to work during weekends during project implementation and system maintenance
