Job Description
My client is an MNC in the west.
IT engineers x 2
- Responsible for ticket handling under the Network team queue
- Be a single point of contact for ITC’s on Network-related matters in cooperation with Site & Onsite Support department
- To contribute to IT in maintaining and monitoring the global network IT infrastructure world-wide including the maintenance of:
- Proxy Administration
- Firewall Administration
- WhatsUp Gold Administration
- Wifi & Network Administration
- Attend the Network team meeting.
- Degree in Information Technology / equivalent
- Experience in any of the following is an added advantage:
- Networking (LAN< WAN< WLAN, Routing, Firewalls, VPN, WAC, Remote Access)
- Monitoring (COP Manager, WhatsUp Gold, Procurve Manager SmartEvent
- IT Security (Cascade, SharkArcSight, Eventia)
- Good communication skills
