IT Support Engineer / Network Engineer / Macpherson

Diploma + Min 3 years of exp in AWS Cloud Services & Window Servers

Job Responsibilities:

• Support network and computing infrastructure (for on premise or on cloud);
• Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks/servers;
• Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices (for on premise or on cloud);
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of workstations, servers and network equipment;
• Manages system back-up and restore protocol;
• Manage network equipment and firewall;
• Monitors network performance and implements performance tuning;
• Manage, check logs files and generate monthly reports;
• Perform software and anti-virus patching for security;
• Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed;
• To adopt change management processes for all production equipment;
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution and defect management.
• Perform Windows server administration
• Provide technical support;
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords;
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam;
• Asset management and tracking;
• Familiar with Linux and Windows operating systems

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT related discipline
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in IT security domain
• AWS /MCSA certifications will be added advantage
• Strong sysadmin skillset for AWS Cloud Services (E.g. EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch etc.).
• Experince in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group polices, Cisco routers configuration
