- Hardware and software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure-AD
- Omada (TP-Link) Wifi AP administration
- Troubleshot network related issues
- Participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
- Provide IT related helpdesk support
- Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related, or its equivalent
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in hardware software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Active directory, DNS, VPN troubleshooting, Azure-AD, Office 365,
- OneDrive configuration and SharePoint administration
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in desktop support
- Experienced in disaster recovery, Network security
- Team Viewer Remote PC Support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking end users
- Experienced in first level ERP system support if any
