Job Description
Pandan Road * Salary$4,300 to $4,800 * Work WeekMonday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm) * Min. QualificationDip * Experience3 years * / RequirementResponsibilities
- Hardware and software application support, network / server infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint.
- NAS backup and Acronis cloud backup
- Troubleshot network / servers / security related issues
- Participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
- Assist in IT related audit
- Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in servers\xe2\x80\x99 maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Firewall configuration, Cloud backup, VMWare, VPN maintenance, SDWAN, Layer 3 switches, Load balancing and failover.
- At least 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in servers and security related support
- Experienced in Disaster recovery (DRP), Business continuity (BCP), server and network security.
- Knowledge of Linux, MS SQL or any Database.
- Team Viewer Remote Support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking end users
- Experienced in first level ERP system support if any
