Job Description

Job Duties:



Oversee and handle all IT-related issues and concerns, include end-user support. Administering and overseeing IT network infrastructure; Firewall (Fortigate), Network Switches, Wireless AP, VPN, etc. Administering work for onboarding and offboarding staff (Account creation, Access Rights setting etc) Able to plan, setup simple remote office infrastructure. Provide support for video conferencing (Microsoft Teams, Zoom), and meeting equipment, projector, speaker phone, etc. Manage, support, train users for Microsoft 365 services, such as Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc. Supervise vendors and IT contracts to ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Manage and maintain an inventory register for IT assets. Maintain and update system documentation. Perform IT sourcing and procurement as and when require. Any other Technical related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of related working experience ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN Protocols, LAN/WAN Administration, desktop operating system, and various software application Programming skills * Good in analytical skill, problem solving skill, good communication skill, and has a good sense of responsibility and time management
