Your Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support (Solutions) Executive to provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solutions.

What Will You Do

• Analyze user requirements, determine potential problem area and propose solution to enhance existing Accounting and inventory solutions
• Preparation of technical specifications; including flowchart for programming team
• Design, develop, test scenarios and test case and deploy application
• Provide technical support to end-users, including conducting application training to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, user access and component configuration problems
• Responsible for creation of all system documentations, prepare back-up procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
• To provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution.
• To investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user.
• To design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application.
• To troubleshoot hardware or software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection.
• To be responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date.
• To be in charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC.

What Do We Want

• Must have at least a Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementation and technical support of accounting or inventory software.
• Must be comfortable to relocate to Singapore.
• Have experience with setup and maintenance of Windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktops, routers, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Skill set require: server knowledge, set up server; network, configure router/firewall; virtual machine configuration; inventory software support
