Job summary

Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek System Engineer to join our IT team in - Singapore Branch.

Successful candidate to Assist the IT Manager in the day to day IT operations of the branch. He/She should also provide IT support for Credit Agricole CIB Singapore for IT operations, Manages the servers, applications and IT projects of the Branch. The IT operations include, but aren\'t limited to, IT End User Supports for both CACIB Singapore Branch and CA Indosuez Wealth Management (Singapore)

Main responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Assist IT manager with Day to Day IT operations of the Branch and Private Banking.

\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and problem solve PC / Server related hardware, Printer and software issues and escalate support issues to 2nd level IT support or 3rd party vendors

\xc2\xb7 Perform Necessary Documentation and SOP for easy reference.

\xc2\xb7 Follow-up on user purchase and services subscription request.

\xc2\xb7 Trouble shoot any production issues.

Qualifications and Profile

\xc2\xb7 A university graduate in IT or Computer Science

\xc2\xb7 The position requires a minimum of 3 years\' relevant experiences as a System Engineer

Functional

\xc2\xb7 Windows and Citrix server Management experience.

\xc2\xb7 Active Directory account management

\xc2\xb7 Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, RDP, WiFi, VPN)

\xc2\xb7 Perform and implement network security administration.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and support IT equipment such as servers, PCs, printers, IP Phones.

\xc2\xb7 Perform capacity planning for servers, Pcs and other IT equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to observe control environment / risk management & compliance guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Provide system support and perform, implement Security administration, Monitoring and Control.

Technical

\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience on servers, Citrix, PC, Server related hardware, Printer, Thin Clients etc

\xc2\xb7 Good experience in MS OS and Office Suite

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of windows troubleshooting

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in identify issues efficiently and escalating to concerned teams

\xc2\xb7 Good governance of processes

\xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to changes in shortest possible time. Flexibility to alternate or backfill around all sites and work within a shift pattern work rotation.
