Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide user support and maintenance for company systems and devices. Monitor and maintain system security, including email protection and access controls. Install, configure, and update software applications as needed. Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT support and system administration. Strong knowledge of network security, email and server systems and security, and backup solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
