Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Network, Servers and end-user PC Hardware / Software Management
- User Administration for LAN & Corporate Email System
- Configuration, Implementation, deployment & Setup of New Servers, hardware, security systems
- Responsible For Network OS Upgrade
- Configuration, troubleshooting and Setup of New Computers, hardware and software
- Deploy of software, patches, updates, upgrades
- Prepare and provide technical support on end-user computers and user access
- Maintenance of Computers & devices
- Maintenance of Backup Systems
- Analyze critical logs, investigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ongoing assessment of new threads and improve on computing security.
- Work with external vendors to implement new projects or upgrades or software and hardware support.
- Attend to service tickets in Helpdesk System.
- Evaluate, recommend new technologies and improve IT operation automation.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience.
- Experienced in Windows Servers
- Knowledge in DMZ, Cyber Security, LAN, server administration and firewall administration
- Experienced in managing enterprise-level anti-virus solutions.
- Prior work experience in hybrid-cloud environment and AWS is advantageous.
