Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Occasional travel outside of Singapore may be required for IT operations.
• Collaborate with global and regional offices and vessels to deploy and configure IT infrastructure as per project requirements.
• Provide IT services to office staff and vessel crews, including the creation of simple troubleshooting documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned project tasks.
• Manage and maintain IT assets such as laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Assist in resolving network connectivity issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise troubleshooting and address any other technical problems that arise in the office and on vessels.
• Set up accounts and prepare hardware and software for new hires.
• Manage and maintain Global IT infrastructure operations, including cloud data centers, networks, servers, storage, and security.
• Assist with security risk assessments, including identifying system vulnerabilities and performing security administrative tasks.

• Bachelor\'s degree or recognized diploma in technology or computer science.
• Knowledge and certification in Microsoft 365, ITIL, and CCNA would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
• Handle IT procurement following Group IT Security Standards and Policies.
• Preferably 3-5 years or more experience in infrastructure, network, and security, preferably with MNCs or vendors.
• Relevant experience in implementing LAN/WAN network systems, server administration, and troubleshooting.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in English and possess basic communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently, and an effective team player.
