Direct Search Global is working closely with a fast-growing private healthcare company to hire an IT Executive to be based at their office in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of all IT systems and hardware (such as servers and clinic management software) in the company\xe2\x80\x99s clinics/centres.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and support IT infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, firewall, servers, PCs, operating systems, email systems, applications and associated hardware and software across the company\xe2\x80\x99s clinics.
- Define, manage and coordinate resources and processes to bring together subsystems and software applications to function together as a complete system \xe2\x80\x93 satisfying specifications, lead-time and budget requirements.
- Plan and execute applications projects timely.
- Perform server administration tasks, and ensure system architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Deal with assigned vendor to perform system migration whenever necessary.
- Perform system backup and recovery.
- Maintain and repair any hardware or software failure for desktop and servers.
- Ensure minimal downtime for users with IT issues.
- Upkeep an equipment list of all IT equipment and software.
- Any other IT support and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in IT or related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare sector is a plus.
- Passionate about utilizing IT technology to improve business operations.
- Able to communicate technological terms to non-professionals seamlessly.
This role reports to Head of Operations and/or Directors.
