Procure, set up, configure, test, and upkeep computers and all office technical/network equipment for users and project locations, encompassing both hardware and software.
Manage IT asset inventory and conduct regular inspections of IT equipment.
Thorough documentation of hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals.
Responsible for daily troubleshooting of technical issues related to hardware and software.
Collaborate with the HR department to handle all IT requirements for staff onboarding and offboarding, such as setting up or disabling email and corporate accounts, deploying or retrieving assigned IT equipment, managing VPN access, etc.
Implement improvements and changes to IT systems, ensuring that the organization\'s IT processes are aligned with its business objectives.
Plan and oversee the creation and upkeep of company websites, applications, and systems.
Coordinate the schedule to ensure timely completion of development and maintenance tasks.
Offer assistance to fellow employees and relevant parties regarding system operations.
Assisting with the rollout of new hardware and software throughout the company, including basic training, creating simple user guides and documentation, and troubleshooting initial issues.
