IT Executive Working Days: 5 Days (Might have to answer emails weekends when there is an urgency work from the vessels) Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm Location: Shenton Way (Tanjong Pagar) Salary: IT Executive Working Days: 5 Days (Might have to answer emails weekends when there is an urgency work from the vessels) Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm Location: Shenton Way (Tanjong Pagar) Salary: $3,300 - $3,500 (Depends on experience) : Troubleshoot hardware, network, printer and software issues for satellite offices and ship. Update network applications as required. Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment. Conduct technology training for new users. Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity. Monitor and remove viruses, spyware, and other non-authorized software Complete special projects as requested. Assist in Satellite Communication System. Job Requirement: Bachelor, Associate degree in Computer Technology, Polytechnic, ITE or related field are welcome. Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years prior experience with providing workstation support. Excellent knowledge of systems, software, technologies, communications and suppliers to support business needs with an emphasis on Microsoft-based products.
