The company is renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability in its products and operations.The Finance & Administration Department is in search of a capable team player to join their expanding team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOffice Administration:

  • Coordinate logistics for business trips, including flight and hotel bookings, as well as VISA applications.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as landlords and contractors, to promptly address maintenance issues.
  • Efficiently manage outgoing documents/packages with designated courier services.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for company vehicles.
  • Professionally handle incoming calls and manage visitor hospitality.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events.
  • Support other General Affairs team functions as required.
IT Administration:
  • Manage IT inventory and ensure timely supply orders.
  • Adhere to IT policies and document procedures as necessary.
  • Facilitate the issuance of laptops to new employees.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions securely.
  • Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Provide guidance to employees on IT systems and processes.
  • Promptly escalate IT requests to external vendors.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve network or system issues.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR/GA team as needed.
  • Provide assistance and support for GA-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Fulfill any other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Holds a minimum Higher NITEC qualification in Business Administration, Business Info-comm Technology, or a related field.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of IT support and simple troubleshooting.
  • Shows enthusiasm for further learning about IT and Office Administration functions.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Is meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Is willing to work closely within a team environment, demonstrating collaboration and support.
  • Has strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Can handle multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced independent work environment.
  • Shows responsiveness and proactiveness, with robust follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language is considered a plus.
