Responsible for answering incoming client and candidate phone calls, and responding to client incoming emails.
Client and candidate Level 1 support: o Resetting account password o Providing update on status of cases of existing clients, and call to action if applicable. o Relaying case actionable request to respective case owners. o Relaying products and service inquiries to sales team for non-client's requests. o Relaying client and candidate escalations to client support and other applicable channels. o Handling candidate platform inquiry. Platform navigation i.e. walking applicants through on filling out consent forms and AMYA questionnaire over the phone. o Ticketing AMYA issues raised by client/ candidates for BA support. o Handling candidate MI/AI responses, uploading files into AMYA and logging in updates for Case Owners and VO/RO. o Handling verifier responses and channeling them to fulfillment team. o Coordination of client and candidates to respective Case Owners etc.
Entering calls and emails in in AMYA to track client and candidate communications.
Ensuring that changes requested by the clients on their accounts are relayed to the CSP (Client Success Partner and Client Support team (CSA/CSM).
Ensuring that changes requested by candidates on their online profile are logged and tracked in AMYA and relayed to the fulfillment team managing the case.
Managing client and candidate platform complaints that are unresolved on Level 1 trouble shooting.
Meeting the organization's goals or key performance indicators to ensure client satisfaction * Managing Continues improvement log and reconduct IP tracker.
