Job Description


There is currently an open position for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.

  • The purpose is to handle emails, phone calls and provide remote assistance: IT helpdesk first-level support. To provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.
  • Call Center experience is advantageous
  • Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
  • Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
  • Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
  • Familiar with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Experienced in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft)
  • Strong communication skills and detailed work
  • Proficient Customer Service
  • Proficient email and verbal communication
  • Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
  • Experience: Min 2 years related experience.
  • Able to provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.
