Job Description


JOB SCOPE

  • Handle incoming calls & walk-in customers at the customer service centre
  • Sort and filter returned products
  • Prepare 1-to-1 exchange items
  • Conduct incoming and outgoing quality control (QC) checks on electronic products
  • Perform follow-up calls as required to resolve outstanding warranty claims
  • Prepare daily and monthly technical RMA reports
  • Keep department work area clear and tidy
  • Help out at events when needed
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by technical department and General Manager

REQUIREMENTS
  • Good work ethic
  • Able to handle customers well (please indicate your experience, if any)
  • Willing to learn, works well in teams
  • Familiarity with / interest in IT products preferred
  • Fresh grads welcome (min. requirement: ITE)
