IT/Helpdesk Support Engineer (West)

Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8.30am-5pm, Saturday, 8.30-1pm (Alternate) Transport at Boon Lay MRT AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits

Job Scope:

  • First and Second level technical support for user\'s desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
  • Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
  • Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync)
  • Printer/MFP setup and support
  • Hardware/Software inventory documentation
  • Monitor daily backup
  • If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop in-house software system.
  • If applicant possesses system design and analysis knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to assist in the analysis/design of in-house depot automation system.

Requirement:
  • Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
  • Minimum 2 year experience in IT Hardware & Software environment
