What You'll Do:



Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Log and track support requests in our ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff. Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up their equipment. Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions.

What You'll Bring:



High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
