Minimum NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Information Technology
Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 24 by 7 Level 1 IT support for the proper operation of the Production lines
Perform EM and lot data recovery in the event of a tool and/or system failure
Perform required escalation to respective engineer and/or manager in the event of a tool and/or system failure based on pre-defined escalation matrix
Save relevant loggings and screenshots to facilitate subsequent investigation
Support FAB related IT hardware in terms of troubleshooting, setup, configuration and/or replacement
