About the team

Join the Internal IT Team that enables other Mambuvians to achieve their goals by providing them support on their day-to-day tasks and enables the growth of Mambu. You will be responsible with: setup and support of Identity management, procurement and setup of office IT hardware, desktop support, access provisioning and guidance into the different tools at their disposal transversely across all sectors of the business. What youâll do:

  • You will take care of remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
  • You will provide first level IT support (access, passwords, filter requests etc.).
  • You will direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • You will support the local IT Specialists with daily tasks by providing accurate information on IT services, tools and procedures.
  • You will manage document events, problems and their resolution in tickets.
  • You will ensure hardware, software and services user support.
  • You will introduce users to the IT Tools (on-boarding).
  • You will identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures and solutions.
  • You have experience in configuring Android & iPhones mobile devices.
  • You will monitor and respond effectively and quickly to requests received via the IT Helpdesk.
What youâll bring:
Your experience includes:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other remote support role
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent English skills
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • In depth knowledge of Mac OS and Apple Hardware
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of IT equipment, hardware and software
  • Information Security and compliance awareness
