Overall responsibilityTo ensure IT infrastructure is continuously online and updated.Provide IT hardware, network and communication support. Propose IT infrastructure related improvements, manage digital transformation projects, and ability to handle basic software development + troubleshooting.Key areas of responsibility Ensure internal software and hardware function optimally. Monitor updates and patches for the system. Handle support request and troubleshoot Hardware, software, network Identify improvements to the IT infrastructure a Automate systems, identify best practices in the industry Assist engineering team to troubleshoot IT infrastructure related issues in the field Procurement of IT hardware and software Propose improvements and identify suitable vendors Manage project and keep to timeline To ensure the smooth integration of new infrastructure into company processes. Tackle software application issues and communicate with vendor Able to handle simple programming fixes to solve issues internally if necessary. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001Preferable skills Proficient in working with: Language: C#, C++ Cloud infrastructure: AWS Virtual machines: servers on the infrastructure Database: MSSQL and Crystal Reports Knowledge of Microsoft Operating System / Platform. (Windows Servers, SQL Server, Windows 10, 8, 7) Experience working with ERP software Certification in cyber security: CEH Experience in either XML, Web Programming, EAI, OOP Additional skills such as HTML, Python. Experience managing servers, networking equipment, telecommunication equipment.Qualification: Candidates can demonstrate sufficient background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or experience in the related field.
