About the role: As the IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper administration of our IT systems and endpoints. You will be reporting to Aspire’s Head of Information Security and will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team of IT specialists within the company.

What will you be doing?

• Managing and keep Integrating solutions into Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD, Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
• Implementing, configuring and managing of office network and firewall
• Automation of processes with bash, powershell or python
• Giving hands-on IT support (Mostly remote)Selecting, testing, purchasing and configuring of users endpoints, IT equipment and licenses (Windows and Mac)
  Troubleshooting PC issues
  Supporting of cybersecurity incidents
  Roll out of new tools
  
• Writing user manuals and FAQs
• Supporting and driving other daily IT and security tasks

• Located in Singapore
• Good written and English communication skills
• Minimum 4 years of working experience
• Worked with and administered e.g. Google Workspace (e.g. docs, drive, meets), Jira, Office365, Intune and Azure AD and Slack
• Experience of administration, configuration and maintenance of Windows 10, 11 and MacOS endpoints
• Experience with implementing and maintaining office network infrastructure

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related qualification.
• Exposed to AWS, GCloud, 1Password, GitHub, Notion and Snyk
• Worked Linux environments
• Administration of Azure Sentinel
