Job Description
Manages, support and reports on all aspects of IT infrastructure and operations. Ensures the operational effectiveness of the day-to-day activities of the IT infrastructure and operations including, but not limited to: - Infrastructure, Active Directory, Security and Azure services. Ensures with the support of the IT staff that systems, services, and infrastructure are highly available, reliable and secure. Will provide support to IT staff and end users by handling escalations through to problem resolutions. Undertakes monitoring and demonstrably report on the performance of all business IT infrastructure with a particular focus on business-critical systems in a demonstrably proactive manner. Will be an active contributor to the success of the IT Department.
