Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day proactive IT operational support to server operating systems and IT infrastructure mainly based at client side.
• Management of Windows Domain Architecture, administration of user/group access rights.
• Troubleshoots infrastructure problems and incidents and takes appropriate corrective action where possible
• Assist with infrastructure testing and implementation
• Execute infrastructure operations activities and installation of infrastructure systems according to design specifications
• Adhere to security requirements and report security issues with infrastructure
• Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties
• Applicants must have skills, knowledge & experience on at least one of the following domains: o Systems (Windows, Active Directory/GPO, Linux - Redhat/CentOS, HyperV/VMware) o Network (VLANs, Access Lists, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) o Security (Firewalls, VPNs, End-Point-Security
• Management and administration of Backup, systems/data recovery and DR testing (if applicable)
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure operations activities, maintenance procedures and tests, and infrastructure
• Supports the configuration and integration of infrastructure, and acts as a liaison with third party vendors

• A relevant qualification in Computer Science/Information Systems or its equivalent
• Professional certification will be value added
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Applicants with more years of experience, skills and experience will be considered for more senior role
• Experience with network administration in Cisco and/or Fortigate switches and routers
• Skills and experience for Management and administration of enterprise Security (network security, end point protection..etc) is a plus
• Experience in scripting such as Powershell or Linux shell is a plus
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Work effectively in a team environment
