Xjera Labs (www.xjeralabs.com) is looking for IT infrastructure Manager that can fulfill the following requirements.Job Highlight: - Attractive staff benefits- Friendly working environment- Learning development opportunitiesPosition SummaryWe are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager who has extensive experience in IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, and Network Administrations in relation to server infrastructure and cloud platforms.Responsibilities: .Work with project teams, vendors, and management to ensure a smooth and secure running of infrastructure and cloud network services.. Drive preventative maintenance and root cause identification.. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the design, deployment, operation, and management of network infrastructure, virtualization platform, and cloud infrastructure.. Constantly evaluate new network or cloud infra solutions that cloud create improvement around the region.. Collaborate to improve the operational automation for infrastructure operation works.. Engage users and stakeholders to proactively fulfill their business needs.. Govern services provided by suppliers to ensure contract obligations are delivered and SLAs are met.. Provide ad-hoc support as and when required, including off-hours support in the event of service outages and preventive maintenance routine whenever applicable.. Perform any IT-related duties assigned by the company.Requirements: . Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent studies. . Certifications/ experience with Cisco networking, VMware virtualization and AWS Cloud Platform is preferred. . Good knowledge in IT security, compliance, standard and operation in IT infrastructure. . Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems and telecommunication systems. . Good understanding of Active Directory Services, TCP/IP, Radius, TACACS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, DWDM, LDAP, DNS, SDWAN . Excellent knowledge of leading network and network security technologies, e.g., Cisco Systems, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, and VMware SDWAN, Zscaler are required. . Possess hands-on experience and good technical skills with proven track records in IT infrastructure and/or emerging IT technologies engineering in the following area: LAN/WAN, Wireless, multi-data centers networking, firewall, IPS, VPN, VOIP, and Cloud platforms. .
