Our client, one of Asia-Pacific's leading organizations is looking for: IT Operations Infrastructure Manager Responsibilities: * Manage ICT Infrastructure services in meeting Service Level Agreem Our client, one of Asia-Pacific's leading organizations is looking for: IT Operations Infrastructure Manager Responsibilities: Manage ICT Infrastructure services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT Security Standards and Policies Manage ICT Infrastructure incidents to ensure they are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and develop mitigation measures to avoid having re-occurrence of incidents Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring Provide ICT Infrastructure support and services in all stages of application deployment, testing and production Deliver ICT Infrastructure services in meeting business needs, within agreed budget, duration and quality Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent Certifications with Cloud Service Providers.
