Job Description

An established company in the manufacturing industry is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to provide support services on IT Infrastructure globally

• Work with the corporate IT team to pilot and roll out new infrastructure initiatives to the regions
• Design and lead global new Infrastructure initiatives
• Provide ongoing support and offer level I and II technical assistance to IT staff in the regions
• Establish procedures to facilitate better support arrangement
• Conduct audit to ensure policies and guidelines are complied with
• Map out training roadmap for IT staff in the Asia Pacific region
• Negotiate, maintain, and review hardware, software, and telecommunication service maintenance contract to ensure proper coverage
• Implement and ensure Disaster Recovery Plan and Business Continuity Plan are put in place in all locations

• Have strong competencies in LAN, WAN, Active Directory, Antivirus software, Network shaping and monitoring, IT Security, Switches, Firewall, Office365 etc.
• Able to monitor / fine tune internal LAN and external WAN performance
• Able to administer / install / upgrade / fine tune Server and Client PC Operating Systems and related software
• Able to plan, schedule and implement network hardware and software maintenance requirements and upgrades
• Able to run a regional helpdesk
• Able to lead in IT projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in regional management in Infrastructure support
• Knowledge of data communication and experience in running a regional helpdesk will be a distinct advantage
• Have a good aptitude for support work, initiative, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel
• Effective in communication at all levels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month Benefits:
