The Company

Our client is a leading retail company with a global presence, and they are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure & SAP Project Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team.

The Role

As an IT Infrastructure & SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and support of infrastructure projects related to business applications rollout in the region. You will need to understand the requirements and communicate effectively with business users in compliance with defined objectives, scope, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines, managing risks, resources and reporting. You will conduct local gap analysis on both the technical and security aspects, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, transition to operations. You will deliver network infrastructure projects to site deployment, and you will also provide PC and network support in areas of servers, cloud, WAN, LAN, Wifi, firewalls, backups, etc.

Your Profile

You should possess a degree and have at least 5 years of experience in project management and a general understanding of IT infrastructure and IT applications. Regional experience is a must and you should have experience in both Agile and waterfall methodologies. Ability to be flexible, adapting quickly, and managing tight deadlines will be critical for the role. You should have exposure to DevOps practices, with knowledge of Jira and Confluence preferred. Any ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle or any other system) is required for the role.
