After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for new IT Desktop Support Engineers to join the team
Work and manage the monitoring of projects, support, maintenance, and implementations of their applications, software and IT Infrastructure
Help coordinate and be the main contact with the clients about the point of escalation
Be involved in responding to the clients supports requests
Key Candidate Criteria
Must have 2 years previous IT support background, either as Helpdesk, System Admin, or Technical Support etc.
Has extensive knowledge in Windows OS (7 & 10), MS Office & 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware/peripherals, and mobile devices.
Ideally with knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS
With excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills would be massive advantage
Willing to travel to the client location
Can speak fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Salary
Up to 54K SGD Annual
