To provide daily Level 1 support to all end-users incidents and request pertaining to business applications such as Office 365, server, laptop and Network service
Lead small network initiatives/ projects
Conduct onsite and remote support
On time PC provisioning and de-provisioning
Assist Corp IT on new project roll-out
Creation of Guest Wifi access as needed
Creation and restoration of daily, weekly, and monthly shared folder backup
Provide remote IT support to work-at-home users
Conduct basic laptop faulty hardware part replacement or upgrade
Timely maintenance of IT software and hardware inventory
Timely monitoring of licenses
Raise PR in SAP for IT purchases
Provide periodic IT updates during cadence call
Generate monthly network printer usage report
Responsible for patching endpoints, servers, network in production environment
Ensure patch configuration is up to date ensuring compliance
Utilize tools to automate patch deployment suchs as Teamviewer Tensor
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Strong knowledge on Windows 10/11
Experience in Window Server Administration
Patch Management Tool
Remote Access Support
LAN & WLAN troubleshooting
