With a history of more than 100 years, they have developed a strong infrastructure supported by advanced systems and highly capable teams.They offer a comprehensive array of services encompassing the protection, commercialization, enforcement, and management of various types of intellectual property, such as patents, trademarks, and designs.The Responsibilities:As a Regional IT Support Specialist, he/she will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems in the Asia offices. This position will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall IT infrastructure of the organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.The incumbent sits in a regional IT team of 11 headcounts who are based across Asia. This position reports to the IT Operations Manager (based in Singapore) and will be expected to handle approx. 250 end-users regionally, in which about 130 of them are based in Singapore.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Technical Support
