Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure.
Providing comprehensive IT support for various aspects of our IT infrastructure, including desktop systems, servers, networks, and telephony.
Collaborating with external support vendors and cloud solution providers to address IT infrastructure-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Coordinating cybersecurity testing and facilitating remediation efforts in partnership with vendors.
Promoting cybersecurity awareness and fostering a positive attitude towards security practices among team members.
Undertaking any additional duties as assigned by your line manager.

Job Requirements:

We\'re looking for candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also share our commitment to excellence and cybersecurity.
A Bachelor\'s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a fund management environment.
A solid understanding of fund operation processes.
Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL skills will be considered a significant advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively within a multicultural team located in diverse locations.
An analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently and a positive attitude.
