It Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT systems (servers, networks, applications) to ensure reliability and performance. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes for team use. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute IT projects like upgrades and deployments. Handle contracts and SLAs with vendors to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, serving as an escalation point for technical support. Monitor and improve IT performance, security, and operational metrics through analysis and reporting. Conduct audits and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of IT infrastructure support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks. Experience with incident management and system administration. Familiarity with ITIL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and networking tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
