Job Description
$8K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Manage and communicate with key team members on daily food delivery IT system operational support
- Monitor and ensure SLAs are met, issues escalated and prioritized
- Act as the point of contact for food delivery IT system service delivery
- Responsible for service delivery of account and prioritization of work requests
- Manage a team of server/network and resident engineers.
- Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally
- Oversee the full spectrum of logistics operation
- Propose and implement solutions for process optimization to deliver a quality experience for our external and internal customers
- Bachelor Degree Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
