Team Leadership - Coach, lead, and develop the IT team in APAC , fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Operational Management - Ensure the quality of work delivered by the IT team meets or exceeds industry standards and aligns with the company\'s goals and objectives.
Strategic Planning - Develop strategies and initiatives to improve business productivity through the effective use of IT systems, automation, and process optimization, with a focus on security.
Regional Projects - Drive regional IT projects, collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and locations to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business priorities. Introduce new strategies from the organization into regional projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and external partners, to support the delivery of IT services and solutions.
Technology Evaluation - Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the company\'s competitive position and drive innovation in the IT department, with an emphasis on security and automation.
Performance Monitoring - Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in IT strategy development, budgeting, and resource allocation is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
