Job Responsibilities

Lead design, development and deployment of employee-facing AI solutions for personal productivity, which include Copilot, SunnyBot and latest Agentic AI capability Architect end-to-end AI systems, incorporating Agentic AI principles to enable autonomous decision-making and adaptive intelligence Collaborate closely with AI engineers, AI Product Owner and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into practical, scalable applications. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to AI and engineering teams. Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously optimize the solution and improve user experience Build for scale - Stay updated with latest advancements in technology including generative AI, reinforcement learning, large language models, multi-agent systems, and ethical AI practices Identify the employees' latent pain points or productivity needs in day-to-day work (Gemba-centricity) that can be solved through AI Help break barriers for AI tools and their adoption by working collaboratively with technical vendor partners and internal Suntory teams Deliver product improvements on SunnyBot that enhance employee productivity Drive adoption (unique Monthly Active Users) of AI capabilities for personal productivity (SunnyBot, Copilot, and other AI tools) Conduct Gemba sessions across all BUs to train/support users on relevant functional use cases which can be addressed through AI Participate with Director of AI Solutions in prioritization discussions across multiple BUs and functions for use cases or features that are identified as AI related Plan and coordinate UAT for new product features

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or related discipline Experience in participating in IT Delivery projects including management of product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Proven expertise in Agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agent design, goal-oriented behaviour, and adaptive learning systems Deep understanding of AI technologies including NLP, computer vision, generative models, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems. 3+ years' experience with ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch) 2+ years' experience with Azure Open AI, chatbot architecture components, RAG framework APIs - understanding of framework and security Microsoft Copilot - Understanding of Orchestration with AI Agents, Copilot Studio Power Automate/Power Apps: fully competent Experience designing scalable, cloud-native AI architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Previous Experience in an international context, working with diverse multifunctional teams
