JOB SUMMARYAs an IT Manager in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT operations and IT Projects within the company. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, security, and reliability of all IT systems and processes to support the manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in IT management roles within the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.

JOB DESCRIPTIONIT System Management

• Manage and support the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and troubleshoot any technical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
• Strong experience in managing end-user services and ensuring high level user happiness.

Project Management

• Lead and manage IT projects from planning and execution to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely delivery within the agreed scope.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success.

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance and service level agreements.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality delivery of products and services.

Security and Compliance

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and data backup strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management roles within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, software applications and end-user support.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be Singaporean citizen or PR.
