RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead on-going projects (relating to end user workspace systems/ applications) to enhance the experience of collaboration, mobility, performance, security, and service level.
• Actively involved in the development of digital workspace and desktop engineering.
• Providing timely escalation & resolutions (of major issues), if any
• Partnering with planning section (to ensure the alignment of all platform architecture processes, standards, strategies & roadmaps)
• Working closely with the regional/ cross-functional team members & internal stakeholders
• Contribute as a liaison (between end-users & IT team) to understand the business requirements (for end-user services, designing & implementing new solutions OR enhancements)
• Understanding target architectures & coordinating with the internal teams, partners/ vendors & key stakeholders
• Preparing, and presenting (routine) project reports & documentations (to internal stakeholders (management, head office, etc.), IT teams, & cross-functional teams) (to ensure that project\'s statuses & progresses are well communicated)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to have minimum 3 - 4 years of IT Project Management AND 5 - 6 years of IT System Engineer/ End-Point Management experience in end-user environment, in a large organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune AND/OR SCCM (administration/ management + feature enhancement) working experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Active Directory (Trusts, Sites & Services), Windows 10 OS Control, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, & DFS
• Knowledgeable in ID authentication architecture (to achieve SSO between on-premises and private cloud environment)
• Experienced with End-User Technology Services (including Virtual Desktop Delivery Services, Email, File, Print, Instant Messaging), Unified Communication Tools, Mobile Device Management, OS Engineering (Solution, Architecture, Design) & Virtualization

• Advantageous to have, but not a must have:

• Prior working experience in a bank or financial institution
• Microsoft certification - Intune, MS 365 mobility and security, Managing Modern Desktops, Modern Desktop Administrator, MS Azure certification, MCSA/MCSE.
• ITIL Certification
