Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company\xe2\x80\x99s computing needs.
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
• Project Lead for Digitalization Project
• Support MID & BOS Migration to System Design TK, OB and Finance modules
• Manage AWS Cloud account, upkeep and perform periodical housekeeping
• Manage Opensource IP Telephony \xe2\x80\x93 Nautilus
• GDS Related Projects
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Ability to manage stakeholders and personnel
• Able to work locally on premise
• Previous experience in travel agency IT operations will be an added advantage.
