Our Client
Our client is a rapidly expanding Industrial Gases manufacturing multinational corporation headquartered in Japan, they are seeking for a dynamic and seasoned individual to assume the role of Information Technology Manager, specializing in Regional IT Client Services at their regional HQ in Singapore.

The Responsibilities
\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure the technology department maintains high-quality, consistently clear, and regular communications to promote our services
\xe3\x83\xbbLead and coordinate local IT teams to function as a cohesive, high-performing agile unit supporting the entire region
\xe3\x83\xbbCollaborate with vendors and service providers to drive innovation and cost-effective IT services
\xe3\x83\xbbEstablish and track key performance metrics for ongoing service enhancement, surpassing user expectations
\xe3\x83\xbbServe as the liaison between Regional and Local teams to execute vital initiatives
\xe3\x83\xbbEstablish and oversee a Problem and Incident Management framework across the SEA+I region
\xe3\x83\xbbCreate and update documentation, operational IT procedures, and troubleshooting protocols as needed

Requirements

The Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbBachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent field
\xe3\x83\xbbPossess a minimum of 8 years of experience in general IT, with over 3 years dedicated to regional IT client services management within global organizations
\xe3\x83\xbbDemonstrated proficiency in leading and managing IT teams spanning different countries and cultures
\xe3\x83\xbbExperience in IT governance encompassing organizational management, technology evaluation, vendor management, and program planning
\xe3\x83\xbbProven expertise in project management and coordinating decentralized teams
\xe3\x83\xbbComprehensive understanding of IT technical aspects, including end-user computing environments and ITIL service management principles
\xe3\x83\xbbPreferred certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Microsoft Certification, Certified Information Security, Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalents
\xe3\x83\xbbFlexibility to travel up to 30%, as and when required
