• Lead, plan, and execute IT projects within the hotel, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology systems, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify technology needs and streamline operations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for IT projects.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across various departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads to maintain quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, vendor relations, and cost control measures.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT and operations teams.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve organizational goals.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively while providing support and feedback.
• Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate IT updates, changes, and strategies effectively across the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT and operational strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often required.
• Proficiency in various technologies, software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is essential.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage diverse teams, excellent communication to interact with stakeholders, and the ability to resolve conflicts.
• While not always mandatory, a good understanding of IT systems and operations is beneficial.
• Ability to oversee operational processes, streamline workflows, manage resources efficiently, and optimize procedures for maximum efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance operational performance.
