Lead a cross-functional team to deliver POS projects efficiently, maintaining high standards and timely outcomes. Gather feedback from clients and end-users to guide system improvements and enhance usability, performance, and reliability. Translate product strategy and market requirements into technical solutions that drive adoption and competitiveness. Plan and manage system updates and feature releases, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with business needs. Support ongoing product development to drive user growth, improve market performance, and achieve business objectives
Job Requirements?
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields. Proven experience in POS system development, deployment, optimisation, and maintenance. Experience in POS, retail, F&B, or payment industries, with hands-on knowledge of product rollout. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results. Self-motivated, outcome-focused, and able to thrive under pressure, with a clear focus on business impact and user value.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
